The Battlefield 6 open betahas made a huge impact on the gaming community, with hundreds of thousands of players lining up to engage in combat, destroy structures, and achieve consecutive kills.

The last phase of the beta is fully underway: it started on Thursday, August 14 and will continue until Sunday, August 17, so you’ll want tojoin the playtest nowif you wish to encounter the upcoming era of Battlefield mayhem prior to the official launch on October 10.

Familiar maps and game modes are coming back, as players engage in tug-of-war battles in Rush zones and capture flags in Conquest — this weekend, you can also fight through the war-torn streets of New York City with a newmap pool update.

If you participate in the playtest right away, you’ll get a chance to receive unique rewards that won’t be accessible to players who didn’t take part in the open beta. There are several challenges to finish, and some of them demand a significant amount of time, so the earlier you begin, the better. Here are the free cosmetic items associated with the Battlefield 6 open beta.

Every open beta weekend 1 reward challenge

When the Battlefield 6 open beta began on August 9, players had their initial opportunity to obtain unique cosmetic items that will be added to their accounts once the game is fully released on October 10.

If you didn’t participate in the first open beta weekend, you’re fortunate: The initial set of challenges remains accessible throughout the ongoing open beta phase, giving you a chance to obtain these rewards before they are gone for good.

Below is the list of all cosmetic rewards available during the first open beta phase of Battlefield 6, along with the tasks you must finish to obtain them.

  • Player Card Background: Lights OutReach career rank 10.
  • Rising Star Character Skin: Reach career rank 15.
  • Night Terror Weapon Charm: Reach career rank 20.
  • Striking Distance Weapon Package:Earn 50 eliminations against enemies that are within 10 meters of you while playing as the Assault class. Frequently utilizing the M87A1 shotgun attachment is an effective method to achieve this objective.
  • I Possess the Night Weapon Sticker:Earn 100 revives by utilizing the Support class. Revives performed with the new drag feature and the traditional defibrillator pads both contribute to this challenge. Keep in mind that reviving your teammates while using a class other than Support will not count toward this objective.
  • After Dark Weapon Sticker:Fix 3,000 vehicle conditions by utilizing the Engineer class. Vehicles can only be found in major game modes such as Conquest, so use custom search settings to locate suitable matches that will help you achieve this challenge.
  • Seeker Character Skin:Identify 300 enemies while utilizing the Recon class. When using this class, aiming down the sights will automatically highlight enemy players. Although you can detect enemies with any class, only those identified while playing as Recon will contribute to this challenge.

Unique PlayStation beta rewards are accessible

If you’re participating in the Battlefield 6 open beta on your PS5, you’re fortunate.

As long as you are a PS Plus member (a requirement to participate in the Battlefield 6 open beta), you will immediately qualify for a double experience points bonus and an unique operator skin. These rewards are automatically added to your account, so you don’t need to search the store for a free DLC.

The extra XP will only influence your earning rate during the open beta, but that could be the boost you need to finish the challenges and reach career ranks 10, 15, and 20, respectively.

If you don’t notice the soldier skin, there’s no cause for concern: Similar to the other cosmetic rewards from the Battlefield 6 open beta, it will be added to your account on October 10 when the game launches.
