Now I believe my taste buds have grown, but I’ve simply learned to be receptive to new foods and experiment with different methods of preparing vegetables! I really enjoy how simple this zucchini is to make, and I often serve it with steaks or even eat it on its own as a snack. Before joining Weight Watchers, french fries and corn on the cob were among the few vegetables I would eat.
WHAT IS WEIGHT WATCHERS?
Before beginning a new weight loss plan or making changes to your diet, it’s important to speak with a healthcare professional regarding any specific health issues you may have. It’s advisable to check your blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and hormone levels during a medical examination before and while participating in the WW program.
Starting with Weight Watchers? Also referred to as WW, this weight management program assigns points to different foods to help monitor and achieve weight loss. Upon registration, you complete a survey that determines your daily point allowance and your weekly quota. You have the option to carry over 4 points from one day to your weekly total, which can be beneficial when you need extra points.
I have been part of Weight Watchers since 2011. Over the years, they have introduced various programs such as Points Plus Value, WW SmartPoints, the Blue Plan, Green Plan, Purple Plan, WW Personal Points, and currently, Weight Watchers Points. The latest offering, the Weight Watchers Simplified plan, was launched in November 2022 and is similar to earlier programs like WW SmartPoints, incorporating some color-based plans. (You can view the Weight Watchers zero point foods 2023 ->here)
Regardless of the WW plan, they assist you in developing healthy eating practices. I have reached my lifetime goal weight multiple times but stopped following the plan and tracking my progress, causing the weight to return. You can remain a lifetime member and continue working toward your objective. Go ahead and check it out ->hereto receive a month at no cost.

HOW TO COOK GRILLED ZUCCHINI:
Cut your zucchini in half and remove any remaining stems from the zucchini.

Pour your olive oil and apply it with a brush to the inner part of the zucchini.I portion mine out because I tend to use less when basting compared to drizzling the oil on.
Adjust to your taste with your preferred seasonings; you can even experiment with different ones.
Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature.

On the top shelf, put your zucchinis and let them cook for approximately ten minutes, then turn them over.
When they are nearly finished, I transfer them to the lower rack to check for doneness.

Serve and enjoy!!!
WEIGHT WATCHERS POINTS BREAKDOWN GRILLED ZUCCHINI
The only component that counts is the olive oil. You can use a smaller amount if desired. I estimated it as 1 Tablespoon. It might have been slightly less. Make sure to check your bottle to confirm the points are correct.

As these are low-point items, I combined them with some higher-point foods.Grilled chicken thighs, white rice, and a Caesar salad.

HOW TO KEEP GRILLED ZUCCHINI
You can keep it in the refrigerator using an airtight bag or container for up to three days. It won’t freeze well once cooked.
HOW TO REWARM GRILLED ZUCCHINI
You can reheat leftover grilled zucchini using a microwave, oven, skillet, or grill set to low heat.
